Once again after its huge success last year, your favourite student society, ESP’R, is launching, in collaboration with the Society & Organizations Institute, a new edition of the Earth Week which aims at promoting ecology, sustainable development and social and environmental initiatives.
Originally meant to take place on campus, we managed to transfer most of our events on Zoom, so get ready to lighten your second lockdown with some good and green vibes 😉 Indeed, despite the lockdown measures, we wanted to offer you a program that meets the current huge challenges! From the 18th of November to the 27th, you will have the opportunity to participate in multiple different events going from various conferences to a veggie cooking-lesson night, without forgetting discovery workshops on diverse topics such as climate, numerical and waste impacts. If you prefer to network, you will have the opportunity to meet and discuss with students and alumni from the Msc Sustainability and Social Innovation!

But we have the solution: come and find out in a playful way what climate change is all about and what you can do about it! Divided in teams of 4 up to 7 persons, you will be given cards representing the different aspects and components of climate change. Your aim will be to find the causal links starting from human-being activities to understand and measure the exact impact of our activities on climate. All the cards are created based on scientific data from the GIEC report.
