This module allows you to build a toolbox for management control. From cost analysis (variable/fixed, direct/indirect) to budgetary control, including dashboards, variance analysis, and break-even analysis. Participants learn how to measure performance, combine multiple methods and indicators to better understand it, and adjust their approach based on the context and strategy of their organization.

  • Accurately measure financial performance by applying management control tools and methods, using Excel to model short- and long-term financial data to support optimized decision-making.
  • Select management rules that provide a true and fair view of performance.
