Executive Short Program

Deploying Agentic AI Deploying Agentic AI

This intensive two-day workshop equips executives with both a hands-on understanding of AI agents and the strategic perspective needed to deploy them within their organizations. Unlike generative AI, which relies on a human-in-the-loop, agentic systems treat generative AI as a core cognitive capability within a larger autonomous framework, which can pursue multi-step goals, orchestrate workflows, and execute decisions with minimal human intervention.
Structured around the 5A Framework, while having each level deliver distinct business value mapped to the EDGE Framework, the program moves participants beyond conceptual understanding to direct interaction with AI agents, emerging protocols, and real-world deployment scenarios. By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained both hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and a strategic framework for evaluating where to invest, what to pilot, and what to scale.

Learning methods & evaluations

Pédagogy:
The 5A Framework structures the learning journey from high human involvement to increasing AI autonomy:

  • Access: Interaction with foundation models through chats or APIs
  • Assistants: Domain-specific chatbots grounded in organizational knowledge
  • Application: AI embedded into single-purpose tools via vibe coding
  • Automation: AI-powered workflows across multiple applications
  • Agents: AI systems pursuing multi-step goals with minimal oversight.

Evaluations: Participants will be evaluated on the multi-agent workflow diagram developed during the Design Your Agentic AI Flow session, demonstrating strategic thinking about agent roles, governance, and organizational integration.
