Victor Lugger is a entrepreneur born in 1984. He is co-founder of Big Mamma Group, which he started in 2013 with Tigrane Seydoux.
The group of Italian restaurants is a mission driven company that aims at recruiting, training and changing young Italian people’s life by creating authentic restaurant with a vibrant experience.
Big Mamma’s team is a happy crowd of 600 people operationg 7 restaurants, among which Europés biggest Venue within Station F, in Paris.
Victor Lugger previously created the HEC Strat Up Incubator and managed the crowdfunding platform MyMajorCompany. He graduated from HEC business school and he is involved in education and passionate about music and boxing.
For three years, he also taught courses on the digital revolution at HEC.
Victor Lugger has been working with the HEC Foundation since 2008.
