HEC Paris Unveils Its 2025-2029 Strategy: “New Responsibilities”

In the face of growing social inequalities, the erosion of public debate, challenges to science, and accelerating technological and climate disruptions, HEC Paris is stepping up to embrace a new form of responsibility. The School will mobilize its expertise and ecosystem to serve the broader society and help tackle the major challenges of our time.

Presented on November 25 at a press conference, the New Responsibilities strategy outlines a bold and collective commitment built around three priorities:

• To enlighten and inspire, by making HEC’s research widely accessible and influential;
• To transform lives, by identifying and supporting talent far beyond traditional academic pathways;
• To co-create solutions, by bringing together researchers, students, entrepreneurs, business leaders and citizens.

This strategic vision is backed by a major new fundraising campaign "HEC Campus of The Future" led by the HEC Foundation, aiming to support social inclusion, transform the campus, and strengthen HEC’s long-term societal impact.
