Objectives
- Analyse complex internal and external economic environments to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities shaping strategic direction.
- Develop a forward-looking and collaborative strategic vision capable of mobilising teams and responding to market, technological, and societal shifts.
- Design and articulate agile strategies that integrate digital transformation, data leverage, and innovative business models.
- Define key strategic priorities and structuring action levers to ensure effective implementation and strong organisational alignment.

Program
Before the in‑person sessions, participants complete a foundational online component designed to build the strategic concepts required for the module. This first focus includes:
- Business strategy vs corporate strategy (live session — online)
- Understanding the business model (live session — online)
- Innovation in business models (video session — online)
This Focus 1 constitutes the mandatory first phase of the module and ensures participants are fully prepared for the in‑person learning experience.

Reflect on what keeps you up at night.
After each module, participants engage in a highly personalized, coach-facilitated clinic in small groups of 5–6 executives. These confidential sessions are designed to address real, high-stakes strategic and leadership challenges.
In a rigorous and structured setting, participants challenge their assumptions, gain fresh peer perspectives, and refine critical decisions. Each clinic concludes with clear priorities and concrete next steps, ensuring immediate impact within their organizations.
Evaluation: Participants will be assessed through the development of a strategic memo focused on a self-selected question or opportunity, relevant to their industry, role, or interests.
