Prerequisites and Admission Criteria
The program is designed for executives, senior managers, and functional or operational leaders with a minimum of five years of professional experience.

As a leader, defining and executing a winning strategy is essential. The Strategy in the C-Suite program equips you with key tools and methods, including the STRATEGOR approach, to effectively drive business and corporate strategy within your organization.
Learning methods & Evaluations
Pedagogy: The pedagogical approach blends academic content with applied learning, including:
• Theoretical insights
• Digital modules
• Case studies
• Interactive workshops
• Role-playing exercises
• Leadership coaching
Coaching for Impact: Group coaching sessions (in small groups of five) are led by experienced coaches and focus on the CEO role, self-awareness, leadership development, and team dynamics. Participants select their coaching focus prior to the program, based on their individual professional goals. Additionally, participants have the option to access Virtual Executive Coaching (not included in the core program), offering personalized one-on-one sessions to deepen their leadership journey.
Evaluation: Participants will be assessed through the development of a strategic memo focused on a self-selected question or opportunity, relevant to their industry, role, or interests.
