Learning methods & evaluations
The hybrid format of the program—spread across four modules, each lasting 2 to 4 days over a six-month period—allows for gradual integration of the concepts. The methodology includes:
- Peer exchange and learning from real-life participant scenarios.
- Two hours of personalized coaching during the strategy and business plan formulation phase, plus an additional two hours at the end to support implementation.
- Assessment through a MCQ, a business case and a strategic diagnostic template of your company and presentation of your development focuses on interaction with an HEC Paris expert to help conduct a business diagnosis and define the key aspects of your business plan.
