Learning methods & evaluations
The certificate combines conceptual frameworks, business cases, hands-on exercises, application workshops, group projects, peer learning, transformation initiatives, data analysis, and an immersive business simulation. This highly interactive learning experience enables participants to master practical tools and methodologies, develop strategic perspective, and immediately apply new insights to their professional environment.
Assessment Methods: Participant learning is assessed through a combination of individual and group assignments, case studies, oral presentations, and the application of concepts and tools to real-world business situations. Assessment also includes decisions made throughout the immersive business simulation, analysis of the resulting outcomes, and the presentation of recommendations and performance reviews to a simulated Board of Directors.
