Purpose & Performance - Professional Training Certification program is designed for experienced professionals who seek to go beyond using old recipes to access deep knowledge and obtain the right to teach the CLARITY© framework with the legitimacy of HEC Paris.
As a certified trainer, you will deliver purpose-based transformation tools to your clients, teach the proprietary HEC CLARITY© model, and join a global community of peers and thought leaders, who meet every year in Paris during the Purpose Day.

WHAT IS CLARITY
CLARITY© is a proprietary model, developped by the HEC Purpose Center/Rodolphe Durand and designed for large scale deployment, and is built on the coherent activation of seven fundamental leadership levers:

The model made in HEC is rooted in research published in the best journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, SMJ...) and case studies developed under the supervision of Rodolphe Durand. Moreover, it is designed to be:

Program
Acquisition and mastery of the CLARITY© model
• Foundations: purpose, leadership, and performance
• Methodology and activation levers
• Practical applications and case studies
• Preparation for assessment
Exam to confirm the acquisition and understanding of the CLARITY© model. If failed, it will have to be retaken at the next intake.
Learning how to teach CLARITY© according to HEC Paris standards:
• Teaching posture and Executive Education pedagogy
• Transmission, facilitation, and certification
• How to sell CLARITY©
• Tools, materials, including the book by Rodolphe Durand on CLARITY(c), and framework for use of the model
• Completion of an HEC Paris certification assessment
• Upon successful completion:
- Award of CLARITY© Certified Trainer status
- Official authorization to teach the model to clients
- Integration into the HEC Paris CLARITY© Network
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AT A GLANCE
To maintain an updated network and list of partners, there is an annual trainer license fee of €500 (required to maintain teaching rights).
You are then free to teach the CLARITY© model in your portfolio and to your clients.
To ensure a final step of validation, we require your clients to take an online validation program, which will also give them some HEC credits as a reward. The fee for this validation step would be 700€ for each participant - maximum, as it is a number set to decrease as the volume of participants you acquire increases.
In summary:

• Annual certified trainer license: €500 / year
• HEC Paris client validation (online): €700
