Chang-Wa Huynh

Chang-Wa Huynh is a Ph.D. student at HEC Paris and has been involved in the Purposeful Leadership Chair since 2019. Chang-Wa is working on motivational and perceptual considerations on purpose. His research aims to study the mechanisms to understand how purpose can emerge within an organization, and can be maintained in it.
