The finance specialization builds on previously acquired knowledge and experience (most crucially in the core MBA finance courses) to provide MBA participants with in-depth insights into the world of finance, and to prepare them for their post-MBA career, in or outside the finance industry.
Finance is a “technology of civilization” that has shaped our society. Studying finance requires critical thinking, analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive to always do better. Participants benefit from a consistent set of finance courses, combining academic courses taught by HEC research faculty and hands-on courses taught by practitioners.
