"En quête de sens": the latest Book of the Purpose Center
The book "En quête de sens: dialogue entre dirigeants et futurs dirigeants" (In search of meaning: dialogue between leaders and future leaders), published on March 16 by Dunod, is a choral work in which 12 inspiring leaders and 11 young talents share their personal experiences. The former confide in us about their career path and the meaning they give to their actions. The others share their vision of the company and their desire for commitment. Sincere and uncompromising testimonies about the company's mission.
This book is a choir. It is not in unison nor is it dissonant. In this book, we, Cécile and Rodolphe, are only guests. But guests who are so honored that all the past efforts have allowed our guests to reveal a little about themselves, with modesty, and with passion about the organization they lead. Together they illuminate the ridge path that helps each of us to find the path of commitment, to face and resolve the fundamental issues that are beyond us all.
