Learning methods & evaluations

Pedagogy:  The program’s pedagogy is based on a balance between conceptual input (around 20%) and experiential learning (80%). Participants alternate between individual reflection on their leadership challenges and practical simulations.
Activities engage the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of leadership to foster comprehensive awareness and sustainable skill development.
The program also relies on collective intelligence, through peer exchanges and collaborative exercises, to anchor learning and strengthen participant engagement.

Evaluations: The assessment of learning outcomes is conducted in person at the end of the program. It takes the form of an individual reflective exercise that allows participants to analyze the evolution of their leadership challenges and to apply the concepts and tools covered during the training.
