Business Model Innovation (formerly Odyssey 3.14) is HEC Paris’s executive program for reinventing how companies create, deliver, and capture value.
Built on an HEC proprietary model, Odyssey 3.14, which is a 3-pillar, 14-direction framework, gives executives a practical method, not just theory, for designing disruptive business models like the ones behind Tesla, Uber, BYD, and Swatch.
Developed from two decades of research and consulting by HEC Paris professors Laurence Lehmann-Ortega and Hélène Musikas, the program moves beyond product, service, process or technological innovation to challenge the business model itself.

Learning methods & evaluations
This course leverages multiple teaching methods: presentations and discussion, case studies, guest speakers, peer assessment.
