Summer Program 18+

Full payment is requested 2 weeks after receiving an admissions offer. Payment occurs online by credit card. In the case of a late application, a shorter time period for confirmation may apply.
Program fees do not include a non-refundable €50 application fee, personal insurance (required), meals, housing (see separate section), travel to and from the campus and anything not listed as included.
Details of Reductions for 2026
The application fee is waived and a 10% reduction on our program fees granted for the following groups of people:
- HEC Paris alumni or their children
- Former participants of the HEC Paris Summer School
- Siblings of a current HEC Paris student
Spoiled for Choice?
Summer School participants who choose to attend 2 consecutive programs in the same summer will be granted a 10% reduction on the program fees.
Please note that reductions cannot be combined.
Details for HEC Paris Partner School Students in 2026
All students who are currently enrolled in an HEC Paris partner school will be waived the €50 application fee on any application submitted prior to April 1, 2026.
Scholarships
There are no scholarships available for our Summer Programs.
In accordance with French law, there is a 14-day retraction period following payment of your tuition fees and confirmation of your place in the program. Please complete Appendix 1 from the Terms of Sale (consult your application, section DECLARATION) and send the required documents by email to admissionsummerschool@hec.fr.
After this retraction period has lapsed, academic fees will only be refunded in cases of force majeure and supported by official documentation (e.g. medical certificate, visa rejection letter).

Each refund requested will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Summer School Management.
No refunds will be granted for other reasons.
We encourage you to take a travel insurance that covers the eventuality that you are unable to attend the program.
