This dynamic 4-day program is designed for students eager to strengthen their communication skills and build confidence in expressing themselves clearly and authentically. Guided by expert instructors and coaches, participants will receive feedback and acquire strategies to communicate with impact. Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and coaching sessions, students will refine their ability to articulate ideas effectively while building meaningful connections in a supportive and engaging environment.

The topics covered are designed to enhance critical thinking and adaptability, equipping students with practical tools to navigate complex communication challenges. In addition to workshops and simulations, students will engage in immersive, experiential learning activities to explore nonverbal communication, presence, and emotional intelligence in new ways. These cutting-edge methods, including reflective exercises and an excursion, will help participants develop resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
 

At the end of this program, students will be able to:

• Communicate with confidence and authenticity across diverse settings
• Adjust communication style to suit different audiences and contexts
• Leverage body language and presence to enhance conversations and presentations
• Use creative strategies to engage, persuade, and inspire others
• Navigate group dynamics, interviews, and professional interactions with confidence
• Apply best practices for networking, giving and receiving feedback, and effective follow-up

The next edition of Communication and Connection will be held on the HEC Paris campus from 15 - 18 July 2025.

Classes will start at 9am and finish around 6pm each day.

Students who participate fully in this 4-day program will earn an HEC Paris Certificate.
 

Fees: The cost of this 4-day in-class program is €1450 (including the certificate and lunches) plus a non-refundable application fee of €30.

The program is designed for motivated 15- to 18-year-old students, who are native English speakers or currently have a C1 level in oral English.

For non-native speakers, demonstration of proficiency in English is required for attendance. Please submit a  recognized English language proficiency test score report (TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS or Cambridge or Duolingo English Test) 

Please note that this is a non-residential program and participants are responsible for organizing their own transport and accommodation.
