In an op-ed for Politico, law professor at HEC Paris Business School Armin Steinbach warns that the G7’s $50 billion loan to Ukraine is at risk due to political and legal hurdles. He also highlights how these internal divisions could undermine the financial support Ukraine urgently needs.
