HEC Paris Celebrates Continued Success in FT Global MiM Ranking

HEC Paris is proud to announce that its Master in Management has once again secured second position in the Financial Times Global MiM Ranking , confirming the program’s reputation as one of the very best worldwide.

This recognition highlights not only the program’s academic excellence and international scope, but also the outstanding career outcomes achieved by its graduates, thus confirming that an HEC Paris MiM degree opens exceptional opportunities. Nine out of ten alumni state they have achieved their career goals. These results reflect both the global recognition of the HEC Paris diploma and the strength of its career support and alumni network, ranked seventh worldwide.


A Truly International Experience


A whole range of factors contribute to this ranking. 47% of students are international, taught by a faculty that is 70% international, and guided by a Board of Directors that is 87% international. This multicultural environment prepares students to thrive in global leadership roles, while ensuring governance is firmly open to the world. Academic rigor remains central: 100% of professors hold a PhD, while alumni rate their overall satisfaction at 9 out of 10. The School is also increasingly recognized for its commitment to sustainability, ranking 16th worldwide in ESG and Net Zero teaching and 7th in carbon footprint. 

Graduates also report an average weighted salary of $141,611, placing them in the global Top 10. Salaries rise by an average of +63.4% after graduation, and 99% find employment within three months.


Progress in Diversity


HEC Paris continues to advance gender representation, with 42% female students, 29% female faculty, and 39% women on its Board. These figures reflect progress and an ongoing commitment to building an inclusive academic community.
