Summer Student Story
Every day brought a new perspective on how technology can make finance more accessible and efficient.
I’ve always been interested in how innovation can transform the financial world, and I wanted to explore the link between finance and technology in more depth. As a Banking & Finance student at Paris School of Business, I was looking for a program that combined both fields, and the HEC Paris FinTech Summer Program turned out to be the perfect choice.
What I really appreciated about the program was how it connected theory with real-world innovation. The sessions on blockchain and cryptocurrencies were especially eye-opening as I finally understood concepts I had only heard about before. The professors and guest speakers were exceptional, coming from diverse professional backgrounds and always open to discussions, making each class dynamic and inspiring. The diverse backgrounds of the guest speakers really helped me in understanding different career options in Finance and FinTech, creating an overall insightful and enriching experience.
One of the best parts of the program was meeting so many motivated students from all over the world. Everyone came from different backgrounds, which made discussions really interesting and gave me new perspectives on FinTech. Working together and sharing ideas helped me learn a lot from my classmates, especially being one of the younger students in the class, and I’m really glad to have had the opportunity to connect with such inspiring people.
The program constantly pushed me to think differently and learn new things. Every day brought a new perspective on how technology can make finance more accessible and efficient. It’s an experience that not only broadened my knowledge, but also inspired me to further explore the intersection of finance and technology in my future studies. I highly recommend the HEC FinTech Summer Program to anyone who is curious about how technology is driving innovations in the world of finance.
