For my year abroad, I was looking for a highly ranked university that offered specialized strategy classes and that was close to Paris. HEC offered me those things and more. From convenient on-campus accommodation to the amount of support from staff, HEC has been very welcoming. 
Moving abroad without my family for the first time was quite daunting; but thanks to the International Society I felt at ease. Participating in both professional and social events on campus gave me opportunities to meet people from around the world, network and ultimately make lots of new friends. If you are looking for a university that gives you the chance to explore academically and a great base to visit Europe, I would definitely recommend HEC.
