In the era of data proliferation, rapid technological advancements, and radical digital transformation, mastering the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential for business leaders, especially since the AI Act (Artificial Intelligence Act) was passed. The «AI Ready for Business» program is designed to equip executives with a comprehensive and practical understanding of AI. This program aims to provide a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of AI, enable leaders to critically assess its impact while leveraging its strategic potential, and navigate the ethical and legal requirements of responsible AI.

Objectives

  • Understand and structure the fundamental concepts of AI: Develop a structured and balanced mental model to articulate how AI works, beyond technical terms, trends, and media narratives to integrate this technology into a sustainable strategic vision.
  • Lead an organizational transformation integrating AI: Develop and implement a strategic transformation plan based on AI, acting as a key player in innovation and change, while optimizing conditions for organizational development and performance.
  • Implement ethical and sustainable AI: Apply fundamental ethical, regulatory, and technological principles to integrate responsible, measurable AI solutions aligned with sustainable business models, generating positive impacts for stakeholders.

Program

Overview of basic AI concepts and technologies, including artificial neural networks, large language models, and generative AI.

Examination of how AI influences productivity and work content, highlighting opportunities and challenges.

Analysis of how AI is deployed in companies and its impact on strategies

Canvases are used to identify and develop business opportunities and innovations based on AI

Ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks surrounding AI, responsibility and legal implementation of AI

Participant Profile

This program is designed for executives, managers, and business leaders with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, who wish to enhance their understanding of AI and develop their ability to be informed actors in this transformation. It is aimed at participants from any sector of activity.

Learning methods & Evaluations

Pedagogy: The program is designed to offer a holistic learning experience that integrates theoretical insights with dynamic interactive workshops and practical activities. As an example, hands-on exercises of AI interactions embedded within the online platform offer tangible demonstrations of AI technologies, making abstract concepts more accessible and applicable. Additionally employs a diverse range of teaching modalities, including blended learning and flipped classroom techniques, with a live Q&A session to discuss online content. On-campus elements are focused on experiential and social learning, facilitating a direct connection between theoretical knowledge and real-world business scenarios and challenges. Furthermore, personalised learning is optimised through a custom AI-based tutoring system. 

Evaluations: 2 case studies, in groups with an oral or written presentation

• Online individual assignments – Part 1: Available as soon as the platform is open and due on 7th October 
• Q&A session: October 7th from 11:45 to 12:30 with introduction to the 2nd part of the program 
• Online individual assignments – Part 2: Due on 13th October 
• Q&A session 2: 13th October from 11:45 to 12:30 
• In-person day: 15th October
