In the age of artificial intelligence (AI) and constant transformation, organizations must go beyond defining their strategy to successfully implement and execute it in unstable and constantly evolving environments. This program focuses on two key dimensions of strategic transformation: integrating AI into strategy execution processes, and developing the ability to lead and manage change within organizations undergoing continuous transformation. It enables executives and managers to move from decision-making to impact by combining operational deployment, organizational adaptation, change management, and team engagement. Participants develop the skills needed to integrate AI into strategy execution, support organizational transformation, and mobilize teams to deliver sustainable results.

Learning methods & evaluations
Pédagogy : Conceptual frameworks, case studies, group work, hands-on workshops based on real-world cases, and the development of implementation and transformation approaches.
Evaluation: Multiple-choice quizzes, collaborative case studies, oral presentations, and practical application to real-world situations.
