The "Becoming AI Ready" program is designed to equip leaders with comprehensive and practical AI literacy. The “AI Essentials” online component serves as the foundational pillar of this program, aimed at developing a clear conceptual framework of how AI operates. Moving from online learning to on-site and collaborative sessions, the program focuses on the real-world implications of AI on society, the workplace, and organisations through interactive workshops.

Pédagogy:
The program is designed to offer a holistic learning experience that integrates theoretical insights with dynamic interactive workshops and practical activities. As an example, hands-on exercises of AI interactions embedded within the online platform offer tangible demonstrations of AI technologies, making abstract concepts more accessible and applicable. Additionally employs a diverse range of teaching modalities, including blended learning and flipped classroom techniques, with a live Q&A session to discuss online content. On-campus elements are focused on experiential and social learning, facilitating a direct connection between theoretical knowledge and real-world business scenarios and challenges. Furthermore, personalised learning is optimised through a custom AI-based tutoring system.
Evaluations:
Participants will be assessed through a combination of quizzes on the online platform as well as the quality of their presentations during the two interactive workshops.
