  • Apply a repertoire of actionable change tools by learning from experienced practitioners and applying interventions that translate theory into effective practice.
  • Use emotion as a source of insight and influence in leading change by increasing emotional awareness and resilience.
  • Advance a systems perspective by applying systems thinking to complex challenges, uncovering interdependencies, and identifying high-impact intervention points for change.
  • Lead organization-wide change by integrating innovation practices, navigating inherent tensions, and applying structured change frameworks.
  • Enhance group effectiveness in change processes by learning to navigate the hidden dynamics that shape collective behavior.
  • Engage in constructive, reflective dialogue during change processes by applying tools that surface and transform limiting conversational patterns in one-on-one interactions.
  • Use oneself as an instrument of change by integrating reflective practice, emotional insight, and personal development into one’s leadership.

Program

The Executive Executive MSc in Change Leadership is composed of 11 modules over 36 days. Developing, writing and defending a professional thesis plays a key role in the programme.

Challenge the stories you tell about change.
This module helps you unpack the deep-seated assumptions and mental models that shape how you view — and lead — change. You’ll learn to navigate and shift the narratives that guide your decisions, building your capacity to frame challenges from different perspectives and act with greater clarity and impact.

  • 3 x 90-minutes live (synchronous) sessions
  • 1 hour of self-paced learning
  • Online

Lead with resilience, adapt with insight.
This module gives you the tools to lead change consciously, tapping into your personal values, resilience, and self-awareness to adapt in high-pressure environments.

Unleash the power of group dynamics.
Discover how groups shape change — for better or worse. You’ll explore social norms, collective intelligence, and the invisible forces that shape behavior, and learn to foster cultures that drive positive transformation.

Think systemically, act strategically.
Faced with global-scale challenges like climate change or inequality, leaders must think differently.
This module helps you adopt a systems mindset, identify leverage points for change, and experiment with new ways of acting and collaborating.

Make innovation possible.
Change requires space — physical, mental, and emotional — for experimentation and new ideas. Learn how to design environments that encourage collaboration, risk-taking, and creative problem-solving across boundaries.
