Harnessing the social science of change

Formerly Consulting & Coaching for Change (CCC), our new Executive MSc in Change Leadership builds on the foundations and research of this long-standing, flagship programme.

A nine-module blended learning programme – run jointly by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and HEC Paris – for reflective practitioners engaged in transformational change, leading to an Executive MSc Degree from HEC Paris

Learning methods

Participants engage in lectures, simulations, role plays, case studies, group work, psychometric testing, individual reflections, and online tutorials. They work closely with an experienced tutor from either HEC Paris or Oxford University who will guide the individual learning journey from module essays to the thesis research.


The Executive Executive MSc in Change Leadership is composed of 9 modules (5 face-to-face and 4 live virtual) and is run over a period of 16 months. Developing, writing and defending a professional thesis plays a key role in the programme.
