This program equips emerging leaders from the GCC & Middle East with the skills to navigate a rapidly transforming, multicultural, and uncertain environment. Participants explore their leadership style, skills and behaviors, shedding light on cross-cultural dynamics, macro trends in the GCC region, and providing tools to cascade change effectively. Through psychometric tools, simulations, and self-awareness workshops, they will strengthen their leadership agility and capacity for a greater and visible impact on their businesses.

Objectives

  • Identify and interpret the global and GCC-specific macro trends impacting leadership
  • Assess one’s leadership style using psychometric tools and define areas for personal growth
  • Analyze how cultural dimensions influence decision-making and leadership behaviors
  • Apply tools to lead change initiatives and mobilize collective intelligence
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and adapt leadership practices to multicultural environments

Program

Introduction to emotional intelligence in leadership using the MSCEIT model and applied emotional labs. Participants explore strategies to enhance personal and organizational resilience using the SPARK model and cognitive, affective, and behavioral techniques.

Creating a psychologically safe and growth-oriented leadership culture. Participants assess their leadership strengths using digital strength cards and apply strength-based approaches to team development, trust, and sustainable performance.

Understanding global and regional megatrends shaping the GCC & Middle East, including technological disruptions like AI. Connecting these trends to leadership adaptability in a volatile and uncertain world.

From mechanistic to human-centered leadership models. Participants explore their personal leadership style using the Goleman & Boyatzis model and reflect on implications for impact in specific leadership situations.

Understanding cultural diversity in teams. Using the CultureCompass psychometric tool to reflect on cultural preferences and how they influence authority, communication, and decision-making.

Mobilizing teams, managing resistance, and sustaining change. Hands-on simulation using Experience Change© (GlobalTech case) to apply stakeholder mapping and change force analysis tools.

Consolidating learnings, connecting the dots between oneself, team, and organizational transformation. Building individual leadership roadmaps and closing reflections.

Participants should have some exposure to leadership or team responsibilities as well as an interest in intercultural collaboration and organizational / business transformation.

This program offers a safe and challenging space for emerging GCC leaders to craft their unique leadership signature, develop critical leadership capabilities, and learn how to thrive in complexity.

Learning methods & evaluations

Pédagogy : 
Blended learning using theory, psychometric assessments (CultureCompass, Goleman & Boyatzis), group discussions, experience-based simulation (Experience Change©), and self awareness exercises

Evaluations:
Learning is evaluated through self-awareness tool interpretation, reflective writing on actual leadership situations and change toolbox. Participation to all assessments (Harrison, CultureCompass) is required.
