Brad Harris
Brad Harris is Associate Dean of MBA/EMBA Programs and Professor of Management at HEC Paris. His work focuses on leadership, team effectiveness, and people systems that help organizations grow. Brad believes that better leaders build better businesses and stronger societies. His work empowers executive teams, boards, and emerging leaders to deliver results at scale.
Brad has co-authored two books on driving growth and team effectiveness: Scaling for Success and 3D Team Leadership. His research and insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, New York Times, Fast Company, Forbes, The Conversation, and more.
Brad has won multiple teaching and research awards, including Professor of the Year honors at both TCU’s Neeley School of Business and the University of Illinois’ School of Labor and Employment Relations, and was recognized as a top “40 under 40” business professor by Poets&Quants.
As a professor and coach, Brad works closely with executives and emerging leaders to tackle real challenges: building high-performance teams, driving rapid growth without compromising culture, and developing leadership skills that inspire trust and deliver results. He has worked with major multinational firms, venture- and private equity-backed scale-ups, government agencies, family businesses, nonprofit organizations, and new entrepreneurial ventures.
Brad teaches “Scaling for Success” in the MBA program and the core leadership modules in the EMBA program.
Brad is also a co-founder of People Leader Accelerator, a practical leadership development program for new Human Resources executives.
