HEC Paris will be opening its doors for its Summer School’s seventh edition on June 8, 2020. Participants from over fifty countries will gather on the HEC Paris campus to attend cutting-edge programs on innovative topics in business management. This year, Europe’s number 1 business school will be adding a new two-week program to its Summer School portfolio: the HEC Paris “Wine Business Program”, its very first program dedicated to the wine industry.

Creative Destruction Lab (CDL), a seed-stage program for massively scalable science- and tech-based companies, is partnering with HEC Paris for its second European location, CDL-Paris.

On November 25, HEC Paris is launching the first module of the Lead Campus Sustainable Leadership in Africa program, a bilingual and certified management training course, co-constructed with AFD (Agence Française de Développement), Mohammed VI Polytechnique University (Morocco), UCT GSB (Graduate School of Business of the University of Cape Town, South Africa) and the Investors and Partners (I&P) investment fund.

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HEC Paris and the HEC Foundation announce the signing of a partnership to create the first Corporate Initiative for mergers and acquisitions. The aim of this educational initiative, which promotes the spread of knowledge and exchange between the academic world and the business world, is to encourage and promote teaching and applied research in this field.

From this year on, all of the students who take part in the Master in Management (MiM) Grande Ecole program at HEC Paris will follow the Purposeful Leadership track throughout their studies, thanks to the Joly Family Endowed Chair in Purposeful Leadership.

The objective is to make students aware of the opportunities available to them in business and to invite them to reflect personally on their ambitions.

HEC Paris business school has partnered with cookery school L’atelier des Chefs to launch France’s first professional degree in French cooking for its Master in Management students. This new double degree is a direct response to the increasing demand of the school’s students interested in developing a career in the catering – hospitality sector. The first cohort to the double degree will start classes in September 2019.

HEC Paris, University of Orléans, and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) are launching cascad, Certification Agency for Scientific Code and Data, the world’s first public laboratory specialized in the certification of the reproducibility of scientific research (www.cascad.tech). 

HEC Paris and the HEC Foundation have launched a five-year fundraising campaign aimed at answering the new economic challenges and the changes that are today reshaping higher education. The campaign is directed towards its graduates and the business community in an effort to consolidate the school’s finances and to accelerate the speed of its transformations.
