Advanced systemic & future-focused global executive coaching is the 12-day advanced certificate of the HEC Paris Post-graduate program in global executive coaching. It takes coaches beyond oneto-one practice into teams, systems and the future of the profession. Participants learn to coach diverse groups and teams, to ground their practice in the latest scientific evidence, and to navigate the ethical, systemic and technological frontiers of coaching — including artificial intelligence and coaching at scale. Grounded in EMCC and ICF standards and delivered in a multicultural cohort, it prepares experienced practitioners to create measurable individual, team and organisational impact.
