The Executive Master in Management (GEMM) — Global Executive Coaching Major combines strategic leadership at the top of the organisation with mastery of global executive coaching. Participants complete the Strategy in the C-suite Executive Certificate, the Post-graduate program in global executive coaching (EMCC senior practitioner level) and an individual thesis. Graduates can shape and execute strategy, coach senior leaders and teams ethically and effectively, and create measurable individual, team and organisational impact.

• Executive Certificate - Foundations of Global Executive Coaching:
Foundations of executive coaching, coaching the Self, and psychological perspectives on coaching — the coaching craft, the coach’s own Self, and the major psychological approaches, including positive psychology and well-being.
• Executive Certificate - Systemic & Future-Focused Global Executive Coaching:
Group and team coaching, evidence-based coaching, and the future of coaching — teams and systems, scientific evidence and measurement, and the frontier of the profession including AI, ethics and duty of care.
An individual research project, systematic literature review supervised by HEC Paris faculty, generating new, applicable insight for coaching practice.

Learning methods & evaluations
Theory, case studies, interactive sessions, role plays and simulations, executive challenge clinics, experiential coaching in dyads, triads and groups, individual coaching, small-group supervision, reflective practice and a supervised thesis, with applied work between modules.
