Data Science Masters' Students 2025 Learning Expedition to London
This March, the HEC UK Office organised the 3rd edition of the Learning Expedition to London for the X-HEC Master of Science Data Science & AI for Business students. During 3 intensive days, the students had the opportunity to do company visits, meet with data scientists and network with HEC alumni. This Learning Expedition provided an exclusive chance for students to immerse themselves in the world of data science and its practical applications in business.
One of the highlights of the trip was a series of meetings with data scientists who are currently working in various industries such as Neurobus, EDF Trading, and Microsoft. These professionals shared their experiences and insights with the students, offering valuable advice on how to succeed in the field of data science. The students could ask questions and actively participate in discussions with these experts, leading to a greater understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with a career in data science.
The HEC Paris UK team was thrilled to host these brillant students at the HEC UK House for a networking evening, where they had the chance to connect with our alumni based in London and specialising in data science. These interactions provided invaluable insights into potential career trajectories and opportunities awaiting them post-graduation.
