Faculty

Roxana BARBULESCU

Affiliate Professor, HEC Paris

Leading change means asking people to let go of the familiar and embrace new ways. The process starts with ourselves—challenging our own assumptions. But it comes alive with others, when we create the conditions for change to take root and flourish.
Roxana Barbulescu - HEC

Mathis SCHULTE

Associate Professor, HEC Paris

Change leadership isn’t about charisma or control. It’s about making space — for reflection, for dissent, for questioning what once felt certain. If that sounds uncomfortable, good. That’s where transformation begins.
Mathis Schulte
