WomenEntrepreneurs4Good: Meet the 2025 Finalists
Meet the 10 finalists of the WomenEntrepreneurs4Good (WE4G) 2025 program, female founders leading innovative, impact-driven companies in sustainability, healthcare, education, and tech. WE4G is a purpose-driven accelerator program dedicated to empowering early-stage women-led ventures focused on green innovation and social impact.
About the WE4G program
Founded by the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society, and supported by key partners including HEC Paris, Bank of America, and Bredin Prat, WE4G supports entrepreneurs who are building solutions that contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future. The core mission of WomenEntrepreneurs4Good (WE4G) is to tackle the persistent challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, such as limited access to capital, networks, and professional support, particularly in the early stages of their ventures. The program equips female founders with the strategic tools and global exposure needed to scale their businesses, preparing them to pitch to impact investors, philanthropists, and key industry stakeholders.
This year, over 110 projects advanced through the Startup Sprint, during which 100+ women entrepreneurs receive intensive coaching on market research, customer insights, and refining value propositions. Semi-finalists then pitch to a Grand Jury and the top 10 finalists are selected.
The laureates gain entry into a three-month online incubation at the Incubateur HEC Paris, through which they receive business coaching, technical guidance, and networking opportunities. Then, to culminate the program, the finalists will have the opportunity to pitch their projects at the Women’s Forum Global Meeting in Paris this November, presenting their solutions on a global stage. Last year’s edition brought together over 1,800 attendees, 190 influential speakers, and representatives from over 50 countries.
