Defining a purpose or a strategic mission is no longer enough to drive meaningful environmental, societal, or economic impact.
For C-suite leaders, the real challenge lies in translating purpose into tangible performance and sustained competitive advantage.
This requires more than statements or ESG reporting. It calls for leadership that activates purpose across the organization, through business models, governance, and culture, to unlock collective energy, optimize costs, and strengthen stakeholder trust.
Designed as a C-suite Executive Short Program, this experience equips senior leaders with a clear and actionable framework to move from strategy to impact. Built on HEC Paris research, the Clarity© model enables leaders to embed purpose at the core of decision-making and drive measurable results.

The effect of purpose on corporate performance is null on average. However, under certain conditions, the financial and non-financial impacts can be multiplied.
Through the presentation of the Clarity © model, each lever enabling leadership embodying the purpose to access pockets of organizational performance is described.
Each impact lever can be broken down into concrete actions to facilitate teams' work and remove obstacles.
The orchestration of actions is enriched by peer-to-peer testimonials and shared concrete examples, so that each participant leaves with an action plan tailored to his or her company's situation.
The learning methods are varied and complementary. The aim is to use participants' experience of their difficulties and successes in implementing their impact strategy; to get them to work on and react to in-house content, i.e. the cases and materials developed in S&O's Purpose Center and the Purposeful Leadership Chair; to work in groups and have access to peer-to-peer exchange of experience; to listen to the testimony of great leaders; to apply an action plan to their concrete case.
Through applied cases and executive insights, including a contribution from Hubert Joly, former CEO of Best Buy, participants leave with a clear action plan for their organization.
