ACADEMIC DIRECTOR

Professor Gachoucha Kretz

Gachoucha KRETZ is the L’Oréal Chair Marketing professor at HEC Paris. She is the Academic Director of the #1 Marketing Master’s degree in the world (QS Global Ranking) and the Executive Director of the L’Oréal Chair for Beauty Tech.

Gachoucha is a brand strategist, a recognized “positionist” and studies all disruptions impacting marketing strategies. Her expertise spans strategic marketing management, strategic brand management, customer experience and sustainability-driven marketing in B2C and B2B.

Her fields of expertise are luxury, fashion and beauty.

She holds a PhD in Marketing from HEC Paris, and three master’s degrees (Finance; Communication and Change Management; Strategy and Marketing).

Gachoucha received the Vernimmen Best Teacher Award in 2018.

Pierre MONTEL is cofounder at PragmaRegen, an innovative company leveraging artificial intelligence for sustainable business transformation. He is also former cofounder at EcoLearn.com, a leading educational platform dedicated to sustainability training for executives. Pierre is an experienced academic, teaching at prestigious institutions such as HEC Paris, Sciences Po, CentraleSupélec, and École des Ponts.

Specialized in new technologies, sustainability, and innovative pedagogy, Pierre brings a dynamic, interactive, and practical approach to his teaching, focusing on 21st-century skills essential for tomorrow's marketing leaders.
