Olga Ivanova expects to complete her Ph.D. degree at HEC Paris by June 2022. Her research, specialized in management and organizations, examines intra- and inter-firm mobility of managerial workers in the modern labor markets. She builds on human capital and social evaluation theories to understand how managers move between jobs and assignments, how organizations make their choices in filling vacant positions at the middle and higher hierarchical levels, and how market intermediaries shape talent flows and individual careers.
