Gouvernance des entreprises familiales Gouvernance des entreprises familiales

In times of crisis, family businesses demonstrate greater resilience than other organizations and achieve better results. A strong entrepreneurial dynamism combined with cautious wealth management contributes to their success. They face specific challenges, particularly in terms of governance and management, which are built on a foundation of shared values across all generations. Millennials are now at the heart of this issue. Our goal is to equip participants with the best tools by allowing them to gain perspective on these crucial challenges. Moreover, in the next 10 years, half of family businesses will be in a transition phase; a significant portion of the business leaders involved have not yet formalized their succession plan. Shared family governance is essential to facilitate the handover between different generations of the owning family and the management team.
