Designed for current and aspiring leaders of SMEs and growth-stage companies, this program provides essential tools to formalize, decide upon, and communicate your development strategy. It offers a comprehensive methodology, moments of reflection, and practical tools to design, quantify, and present a robust development plan. It will help you clarify your goals, analyze growth dilemmas, and make trade-offs between different scenarios and strategic paths. Our goal is also to enable you to formulate a well-quantified business plan, master the keys to presenting it to investors or partners, and help you establish effective governance and monitoring tools.

Objectives

  • Formulate your company’s development strategy to identify growth levers and build a clear vision of the entrepreneurial project
  • Recognize the main components of a business plan (market, offer, business model, financing) to create a structured and convincing document for stakeholders.
  • Model the financial section of your business plan to validate the project’s economic viability and anticipate funding needs.
  • Present and defend your project to investors, partners, or decision-makers, to gain their support and secure resources for its development.
  • Manage the development of your entrepreneurial project to ensure its operational implementation and monitor its progress.

  • Compare two very different growth scenarios to choose the most suitable strategy for your company

Learning methods & evaluations

Pedagogy:
This course is between 28 and 32 hours long, spread over 10 weeks. It is composed of a variety of asynchronous activities to follow at your own pace, punctuated by virtual classes—valuable moments for exchange. There will also be 2 hours of tutoring during the program. The pathway will conclude with an interactive activity to test your knowledge and help you project yourself into your business, followed by a final assessment consisting of a quiz and the analysis of a business plan, designed to highlight best practices. 
Throughout the course, several formats of resources will be offered:

  • Videos and interactive activities
  • Virtual classes and supplementary readings
  • Excel modeling tools
  • Practical quizzes

Evaluations:

Based on real or fictional companies, the participant will have to do : 
• A Business Plan 
• An entrepreneurial project 
Those will be either written assignments and/or oral presentations by the participant himself and/or in group
