This program equips senior leaders to decode these megatrends, lead AI-driven change, and develop culturally agile, self-aware, and politically savvy leadership. Through a rigorous and reflective pedagogy grounded in HEC Paris’ leadership approach, participants will strengthen their capacity to lead diverse teams authentically, to craft their own leadership signature in this high-stakes region and build powerful coalitions for their strategic influence.

Understanding socio-economic, geopolitical and technological dynamics reshaping the region and their implications for leadership.

Exploring how AI disrupts industries and decision-making processes, and how leaders must evolve to integrate it into their strategic agenda

Navigating cultural diversity using the CultureCompass tool to enhance cultural intelligence and inclusive leadership in highly diverse contexts.

Examining governance and power structures in fast-changing environments through leadership case studies located in the GCC & Middle East region.

Discovering one’s leadership style through personality profiling (Big Five) and learning to adapt it using the Situational Leadership model. Practicing how to match leadership behaviors to team needs.

Developing a coaching mindset to empower others and learning how leaders create thriving team cultures through listening, rituals, storytelling, and positive organizational practices.

Leveraging the Harrison Assessment to explore how to manage opposing tensions inherent to complex leadership situations, enhancing a “Both/And” mindset.

Mapping stakeholders and power plays to build influence, align strategic agendas and build effective coalitions to drive change.

Reflecting on key insights and co-developing a personal leadership roadmap for sustainable, high-impact personal and professional transformation.

This program invites senior leaders operating in or with the GCC & Middle East region to explore their unique leadership signature, and navigate complex transformations by combining strategic insight, self-awareness, and in-depth regional grounding.

Learning methods & evaluations

Pédagogy : 
An immersive journey combining expert input, real-world case studies, psychometrics (Harrison, CultureCompass), simulations, and peer-to-peer workshops. Pedagogy rooted in HEC’s leadership signature: reflexivity, practice anchoring, and sense-making.

Evaluations:
Learning is evaluated through self-awareness tool interpretation, reflective writing on actual leadership situations and stakeholder mapping. Participation to all assessments (Harrison, CultureCompass) is required.
