Objectives

  • Analyze stakeholder expectations to integrate a systemic vision (self/team/environment) into strategic decision-making.
  • Prioritize critical business challenges (technological, geopolitical) using strategic arbitration tools adapted to volatile and uncertain contexts.
  • Translate company vision and values into mobilizing messages and concrete actions to anchor responsible human dynamics and strengthen team engagement.
  • Develop your capacity to lead transformations by leveraging key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop emotional intelligence through real-life scenarios (crisis negotiation, conflict management) to strengthen natural authority and team buy-in.

Program

Through group work and plenary debates, challenges and levers for organizations and leaders seeking to implement a purpose will be highlighted. Latest research in responsible leadership will anchor key learnings regarding barriers, best practices, and actionable levers.

Research from HEC's "Purpose-based Leadership" Chair shows that middle management autonomy is a key condition for improving purpose-based leadership performance. This requires providing tools and methods to develop their teams' collective intelligence daily. The session focuses on methods and tools leaders can mobilize to improve organizational dynamics and purpose impact.

Leadership evolution and prospective analysis, identifying personal and organizational purposes, decoding managerial context.

Perceiving weak environmental signals, mindsets and postures necessary for leadership, training in interactions and adversity, risk-taking and building shared vision.

Acquire a methodological framework to decode and relay strategy and value creation drivers in your company, integrating the cross-functional dimension of different stakeholders to guide your thoughts and actions, and those of your teams.

Learning methods & evaluations

Pédagogy : 
In this leadership program, participants work on their own leadership situations, considering their unique personality and style, organizational context, and role. Participants don't just master leadership theories but learn to adapt their behavior to situations and act decisively as leaders. The pedagogy is active, alternating role-playing, practical exercises, conceptual inputs, analytical frameworks, peer exchanges, tools and methods enabling personal action plan structuring.

Evaluations:
Final essay integrating learnings from the 3 modules. Action plan and stakeholder mapping.
