Coaching for Impact: Group coaching sessions (in small groups of five) are led by experienced coaches and focus on the CEO role, self-awareness, leadership development, and team dynamics. Participants select their coaching focus prior to the program, based on their individual professional goals. Additionally, participants have the option to access Virtual Executive Coaching (not included in the core program), offering personalized one-on-one sessions to deepen their leadership journey.
Evaluation: Participants will be assessed through the development of a strategic memo focused on a self-selected question or opportunity, relevant to their industry, role, or interests.
