The Program is a sixteen-month* executive program designed to transform experienced professionals into master-level coaches. It fuses a rigorous foundation in evidence-based psychology with the advanced capabilities required to guide senior leaders through complex global challenges. Under the mentorship of top faculty and in collaboration with peers from across the world, participants develop a distinctive and ethical coaching philosophy—one that enables them to partner with organizations to drive significant, demonstrable results.

Objectives

  • Master the core coaching competencies as defined by the EMCC and ICF.
  • Run effective coaching sessions, establishing clear ground rules and contract, building relationship, using listening, questioning and summarizing skills.
  • Integrate a competent use of a range of coaching models, tools and techniques.
  • Acquire a thorough grounding in contemporary psychological theories as applied to coaching.
  • Develop the capability to facilitate deep insights and foster transformative learning experiences for clients, and translate these insights into actionable steps and measurable outcomes.

The module equips you with essential coaching skills and behavior change theories to facilitate transformation through ethical, practical, and goalfocused strategies

Embark on a deep exploration of your inner landscape, using your Self as an instrument in coaching, questioning your assumptions and biases and clarifying your coaching philosophy

Discover and practice diverse coaching theories and approaches, including cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, neuroscience-informed, personcentered, positive psychology, existential, psychodynamic, gestalt, and transactional analysis, as well as the NLP.

This module addresses the toll leadership can take by leveraging positive organisational scholarship to enhance resilience and well-being resources, using advanced tools and strategies to help you support leaders in unlocking their full potential.

Use science as a tool to sharpen your thinking and optimize your coaching effectiveness in various organizational contexts

Explore advanced techniques and strategies for effectively coaching groups and teams in organizational settings, paying attention to group dynamics and psychological safety

Become a competent data interpreter and use this module to become a researcher or creator.

By integrating systemic approach, cultural analysis, reflective practice, and ethical grounding, this module prepares students to deliver nuanced and impactful coaching.

What lies ahead for coaching in the age of AI and ever-accelerating change? Over and above critical considerations, participants will engage with cutting-edge concepts such as playfulness, improvisation, and creativity in coaching, developing their extensive coaching toolkit even further.

Evaluations:

  • 9 assessments: two 30-minute coaching videos, two reflective journals, two essays, a social media publication, a complete coaching portfolio and Master’s Thesis.

Tuition Fees and Funding

The program fee includes tuition and meal costs during training hours (lunch and breaks).
