Youth Leadership Initiative

The HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative is an intensive, residential program for high school students who are eager to develop their potential. They will learn to lead by example and thrive through teamwork and compelling projects.

At the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative, students will benefit from an inspiring, interactive and international environment where they strengthen their leadership skills and mindset.

 

Who: Motivated high-school students (15-17 yr.) from around the world

What: Intensive, Residential Leadership Experience

Where: HEC Paris’ 320-acre campus located just outside of Paris

When: July 21 – July 27, 2019

Our mission is to empower today’s youth to become confident and effective communicators who are self-aware, socially responsible, engaged leaders. Positive and impactful leaders are needed in schools, communities, businesses, social settings, and projects of every scale.

At the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative, the team is dedicated to:

  • developing students’ leadership skills, capacity and mindset
  • providing support in a realistic, dynamic and meaningful manner
  • creating a respectful and resourceful environment for self-discovery, growth and empowerment.

HEC Paris supports young adults by building transferable skills so they can transform ideas into impact. When students have the confidence to follow their passions and the skillsets needed to communicate effectively and work productively in teams, initiatives are limitless. Empowered and equipped, students have the great capacity to positively influence, inspire others and effect change.
