At the crossroads between high school and higher education, this program, taught in French, offers high school students a two-pronged preparation: learning to use AI critically to strengthen their academic journey, and positioning themselves strategically in a rapidly evolving job market.
YOUTH PROGRAM 15 - 18 YRS
The skills that were most highly valued in the past - analysis, writing, and data processing - are precisely the ones that AI is now replicating at breakneck speed. In this context, the value of a top-tier education no longer lies solely in the mastery of knowledge, but in the ability to apply that knowledge where AI falls short: judgment, decision-making, responsibility, and interpersonal relationships. This is precisely where this program comes in.
The HEC Paris Youth Program IA, Leadership et Pensée Critique is created and taught by leading experts in the field of artificial intelligence. It invites high school students (15 -18 years old) curious to understand the implications of AI on the job market and identify its short-comings to join this interactive, in-person 3-day session. The first edition of the program IA, Leadership et Pensée Critique will be held 15 - 17 July on the HEC Paris campus and will be taught in French. Please check the FR page for more details.
Classes will start at 9:30am and finish around 5pm each day. The third day will finish an hour later, at 6pm.
Applications for the Summer 2026 edition are now OPEN and places will be filled on a rolling basis according to motivation.
Our Youth Programs are all non-residential. Participants will need to organize their own transport to and from the campus and their accommodation if needed. Please note that French hotels require guests under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult.
