The mission:

This sport club is focussed on not only promoting volleyball at HEC, but also represent its colours in championships and tournaments against other business schools.

Key events:

Two training sessions a week and official matches every two weeks, Club Volley is an active sports club on campus. Events throughout the year are organised such as inter-generational tournaments, meaning previous students who were part of the club play against current students.

The university championship is a key event for Club volley.

Coupe de France, the ESSEC 5 Ball tournament, the EDHEC OJO’s and a beach volleyball competition in La Baule in may- are amongst the main events which the club partake in during the year.

Why join this society?

VCH attracts all volleyball fans but also students who wish to try a different sport. The presence of many international students makes it very attractive for all students. If you are open-minded and willing to try something new, or just be part of this friendly club, join the club!

Members/president/committee:

The current president is Clémence Colcombet.

There are approximately 25 volley members in the team.

BNP Paribas is a key sponsor of the club.

The society’s history:

The volley ball club is over 30 years old, however continues to attract many students even today.
