Purposeful Leadership Panel

New world paradigms, such as climate change, social justice, de-globalization, are impacting the business field: there is a growing demand to business leaders to manage their impact on their community and their environment as well as their profitability. 

The new generation brings new expectations, and the main challenge is to drive behavioral and organizational changes that will lead to a positive social and environmental impact and at the same time create value for the client. The big question is, how to build purposeful leadership?
