Supporting the next generation of family business leaders is central to the mission of the HEC Paris – Dieter Schwarz Center for Family Business. How can the NextGen balance legacy and entrepreneurial renewal? How can governance structures support rather than constrain their ambitions? These are among the questions we explore through our research, teaching and partnerships. We look forward to seeing you on March 31, 2026 in Paris.
