S&O Lunch Seminar on Impact Investing

You are warmly invited to the Sustainability & Organizations Institute’s lunch seminar, on Tuesday January 13, 2026 at 12:00 pm in Room T202, HEC Paris Campus.

This session will focus on Impact Investing, bringing together practice and academic research through the perspectives of two complementary speakers:

Piet Colruyt, Impact Investor and board member of several impact-driven organizations mainly 4 domains, “RE4”: REtail, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Re-thinking Economy. He is also the founder of Impact House in Belgium

Jessica Jeffers, Associate Professor of Finance at HEC Paris and a Research Affiliate with CEPR, as well as a founding member of the Impact Finance Research Consortium, which advances research on impact investing in private markets. Jessica will present her work entitled “Heterogeneity Among Impact Investors” (abstract below).
