Program overview
Company directors are the representatives of the company they manage, from a moral, legal, and financial point of view. Their role is to develop short, mid, and long-term operating and development strategies.
The aim of this Major is to enable specialized managers to broaden their range of skills and adopt a general management approach, by updating their knowledge and acquiring expertise in the areas of their choice.

The program is aimed at :
Company directors wishing to develop their skills and understanding of certain functional activities and all functional managers wishing to move into general management and master the different roles within a company, which are necessary for the effective management of an organization.

The GEMM program and its specialized major
The program is composed of 3 executive certificates and a professional thesis:
- MUST Management d’une Unité Stratégique (common certificate for all GEMM majors)
Participants then choose 2 of the following executive certificates:

- Business Performance Management
- Finance d’Entreprise
- Strategizing Sustainable Business Transformation
- Piloter la transformation vers le développement durable
Writing and defending a professional thesis, with the support of an HEC Paris tutor, concludes the program.
Objectives

Acquire a global vision of organizational and environmental challenges
Deploy a cross-functional or cross-organizational approach covering the entire organization
