“Impact Tomorrow”: HEC Paris Kicks Off €200 Million Fundraising Campaign
HEC Paris and its HEC Foundation partners launched their most ambitious fundraising campaign to date on June 20, designed to propel HEC into the world’s Top 10 business schools. Over 300 supporters came to the launch held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Paris, a venue chosen to symbolize HEC’s growing international dimension and impact. They pledged to back the school’s drive to raise €200 million by 2024.
HEC Commencement Ceremony 2019: Mortarboards, Online Degree and Vernimmen Award
HEC Paris hosted its 2019 Commencement Ceremony on June 14-15 with around 4,000 guests congregating to celebrate the graduation of 2,000 students. The festive occasion featured keynote speeches by Hubert Joly and Pascal Cagni, who made strong calls for the graduates to engage in the societies of tomorrow.

Friday 14, June, close to 3000 people, including 1132 graduates of the Grande école, the masters programs (MS and MSc) and our doctorate programs, will be gathered on the HEC campus with their families for the Commencement Ceremony. Saturday 15, June will see the graduation of 900 MBA, Executive MBA, Executive Masters and MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship students.

A record number of participants enjoyed the 2019 Seed Entrepreneurship Summit on April 30 this year focusing on “investing in good”. The second edition at Station F “was bigger, broader and younger,” according to its organizers. It featured debates, innovation and startup awards and keynote exchanges with Alexandre Mars and Tigrane Seydoux.

Bringing electricity to rural Africa, providing keys for the continent’s 100 best startups and harnessing the potential of African music. These were the highlights of the third edition of HEC AfricaDays which featured leading proponents from each of these fields, all offering “African solutions for global issues”.
