Executive Short Program

Enjeux & Opportunités de la transition durable Enjeux & Opportunités de la transition durable

The world is evolving at an accelerated pace and in an increasingly turbulent context. Companies are facing multiple transformations that expand the decision-makers’ dashboard: geopolitical, regulatory, technological, environmental, and social transformations in particular. These transformations interact with each other and generate a high level of complexity.
Analyzing reality, attempting to anticipate the major trends that will shape the economy, and broadening awareness lay the foundations for systemic change for both companies and society. This creates the opportunity to build agile, resilient, and high-performing organizations capable of turning challenges into opportunities for innovation.
This module explores the major geopolitical, environmental, social, regulatory, and technological shifts that companies face. The aim is to analyze their implications, risks, and opportunities. This is an essential step toward laying the groundwork for transformation strategies that ensure business sustainability and maximize positive impact.
